When I am trying add a note to function unset() I recieve error:


There was an internal error processing your submission. Please try to
submit again later

And, ua.php.net mirror waiting for socket about 5 minutes. ua2.php.net
mirror waiting for socket about 20 seconds

Try to add note to function unset() from mirror ua.php.net or ua2.php.net

Expected result:
----------------
note added

Actual result:
--------------
failed to open socket to master.php.net
