We are from Bitmap magazine (Bina Nusantara Computer Club),a monthly computer magazine for university students in Indonesia, and for next month issue we plan to publish "php 5", in our CDROM.
Would you please kindly inform us regarding this permission ? Your confirmation is much appreciated

Our license [1] allows you to publish PHP 5 on your cdrom, so feel free
to do so.
