Hi!
Having problems signing up for the internals list on
http://www.php.net/mailing-lists.php ( due to "technical problems" )
Any chance for this to be fixed soon?

It will be fixed for sure. Until then, please look at
http://php.net/unsub and guess how you can subscribe, based on the
unsubscription info. It is easy.
