| Hello, I'm currently developing a PHP/MySQL/PostgreSQL Billing/Client
Management script. I would like to get a temp. page up, but I am stuck with
a layout to use. I was wondering how you go about using your layout or
design of php.net, sort of like http://www.sanisoft.com/phplib/manual/
Or is what you use a custom CMS. Anyways,
Regards

I don't remember myself that we approved phplib's use of our layout, but
I might be mistaken. Anyway, our layout and graphics elements are
copyrighted, and we usually avoid approving others to use that set. This
is our differentating look and feel, and every site owner should
establish his own and not hijack our intellectual property.
