Dear Sirs/Madams,



I would like to make a mirror site of PHP.net.

I would be the second or third mirror in Korea.

I know php.net mirror rules and two mirror servers in korea.

kr2.php.net aren't shown at php official mirror site for 3 ws.

I think kr2.php.net aren't managed well.

I'd like to be an official mirror.

local stats support : yes

Hi Kim,

The kr2.php.net site has temporary problems, but it is up now. Why do
you think that it is not managed well?
