Hi JunSeon!

I have disabled the kr.php.net mirror site, which is registered to be
operated by you, since you have modified our site code. As the mirroring
page says, our mirror sites are expected to host the same code we
provide via rsync. You have modified our code to display a bigger banner
on the homepage, which does not conform to our mirroring rules. Please
fix the site to follow our rules.
