We've got short of system resources on our mirrors server and were
forced to temporarly shut down updates till the second server was
set. Now both servers up, your mirror is updated and works
satisfactorily, add our mirror back to list please.

There were some problems with permissions, occured during movig
server to a new platform. Now they're fixed and the mirror
serves properly. Check it at http://php.tsuren.net and re-add it to
your list of mirrors, please.

Our mirror check will see if the site works properly the next hour, and
