I could be wrong (it's early in the morning now...), but, in /mirror.php,
it says:
Local visitor statistics is available.
shouldn't that "is" be "are"? or am I  because statistics is
actually a singular form and from some reason I interpret it as plural...

I am not sure that statistics is to be considered plural. But I am not a
language expert. I don't think that the word 'statistic' is used...
