Hi,
I'd like to ask something about tracking software you're using for
support... I'm looking for a software to build tracking and ticketing
systems for my users, and I'd like to know if this software is GPL and
where I can obtain it.

There is no packaged version available from our bug tracking software, but
the sourcecode is available under the PHP License at cvs.php.net (in the
php-bugs-web module).
