Author Attribution missing

http://bugs.php.net/how-to-report.php has, down near the bottom, a
hyperlink to "Eric Raymond's How To Ask Questions The Smart Way".

Greetings. I'm the co-author of the work in question. ;-> (Please
check it, and see for yourself.) It'd be nice if you didn't attribute
the essay to just _one_ of its two authors.

Thanks for the pointer, I have fixed that attribution.

It updates from our version control system at some regular interval (I
don't know how often exactly).

I'm assuming the page will update shortly: I've just re-fetched the
page, and it still says "Eric Raymond's How To Ask Questions The Smart
Way".
