| Hi,
I have plenty of spare bandwidth on a fast server in CZ and would be
interested in mirroring php.net. I have read your requirements and
there seems to only be one mirror in the Czech Republic so far; the
bandwidth and disk requirements are not a problem. Mirror English,
German and Czech versions would be make sense although only using
Czech is fine if it helps your rsync server.

There is already a cz.php.net mirror site, it just needs to have an
upgraded PHP install to fully function. I have notified the mirror
maintainer about the outdated PHP running under the site, so it might
get upgraded soon.
