We already have two mirrors in Argentina, but one is inactive for some
time now. I have tried to contact the maintainer now, if he is willing
to fix the mirror, so it can come up online again. If it comes back,
then we are not accepting more mirrors in Argentina, otherwise we have
one place to fill. Please be a bit patient, while we are waiting for
Federico to answer.

Since the (www.)ar.php.net maintainer is not responding to our notices
nor does he act on them, I think we are ready to replace that mirror
with a working one. Feel free to set up a new mirror for
(www.)at.php.net, and provide us the required info. See:
