cannot compile php 5.2.5 on Visual C++ 6.0 - follow instructions exactly

I have followed the instructions exactly on
http://php.nederland.net/manual/en/...ws.building.php but I end up
with this error...

Stop.

I have tried to configure like this

cscript /nologo configure.js --without-xml

to no avail... can anybody help me out here?
