PHP Installation - libphp5.so missing from v5.1.6

libphp5.so missing from v5.1.6

I downloaded 5.1.6 version and try to install it with my apache HTTP
2.2, and it went smooth, however when I tried to run HTTP after the
installation I couldn't cos the error message said libphp5.so was
missing.

I did go to the modules directory of HTTP apache and it was really
missing there.

Then I went to my PHP source directory and couldn't find it either.

Is this a bug? What is the solution?
