Hi

I compiled php 5.1.2 under Debian Sarge stable with apache 1.3.33

This is the configure line:
../configure --prefix=/usr/local/php-5.1.2 --with-apxs=/usr/bin/apxs
--with-zlib --enable-calendar --with-curl --enable-ftp --with-gd
--with-mcrypt --disable-pdo --with-pgsql --enable-soap --with-tidy
--with-pear

the configure & make went smoothly, but when I ran "make install" the
process hang till i pressed ctrl+c.

Here is an output of the event:

# make install
Installing PHP SAPI module: Apache
[activating module `php5' in /etc/apache/httpd.conf]

while the process hang "top" shows the command "apxs" cpu usage is at 99.9%

Any ideas ?
