Here's the breakdown:

Machine is a webserver with FreeBSD 4.8 Stable, apache 1.3.3

I upgraded PHP from 4.3 to 4.4.0

Ever since I upgraded have been having intermittent problems were sometimes
you have to click a PHP page 3-4 times to get it to load, other times you
get a "cannot find server" error in I.E. or a blank page in FireFox

Normal HTML pages work fine. Also started getting a "exit signal Floating
point exception (8)" error in the logs since the upgrade.

SSL is acting weird too, again ONLY with PHP pages - getting an intermittent
"terminated unexpectedly" error

All dependicies and ports have been upgraded also (Zend Optimizer, etc).

ANy ideas or help is greatly appreciated.....this is a very powerful
machine, load averages never go above .22
