When I tried to install PHP 5.0 using binary msi installer and running
Apache 2.0.50, it lacked file when I tried to configure httpd.conf as
follows:

LoadModule php5_module "c:/php/php5apache2.dll"
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php

The msi installation does not include php5apache2.dll anywhere on my Windows
2000 professional system.

Tried to look up FAQ on apache.org to no avail.
