PHP development envorement for OpenBSD

I have installed the port of PHP on OpenBSD but can't get a working php
development set up. Like that I can't compile PHP Extensions. Does
anybody know how to get a working PHP development envoriement on
OpenBSD? I would like to test some PHP Caches to speed up the box but I
can't compile them.

(I intend to use TurckMMCache so if anybody has that compiled for
OpenBSD 3.4 it would be great)
