Hi,

I am trying to install php on solaris 2.8 and I am having some problems.
As per the procedure, I installed apache and it is working. I installed
mysql and it didn't give any errors. Now I am trying to install php
using above two ( --with-mysql and --with-apxs ). I gave correct paths
to ./configure command but I am getting the following message and the
command is never executed...

creating cache ./config.cache
checking host system type... sparc-sun-solaris2.8

Please help.
