2 in Brazil (br.php.net and br2.php.net). I am sure you can make your way
to one of those and check the archives.

| There may be one hundred mirror sites, but what is needed is
one that has the current status of php and apache2?
Personally I have no problem running 24/7 with php5 and
apache2 :) I had no problem with the previous php4 setup
either.
