directly to me. If you'd like me to take care of something, ask me, and
I'll assign myself. I have no intent of working on the docweb RFC
system, that was Vincent's baby.

http://doc.php.net is really buggy. If you edit RFC and add changelog
comment the mail should be set to mailing list. Instead an error message
that mail can not be sent is displayed, BUT changelog comment is
actually added to the page WHILE RFC contents is not modified.

Other problem include links that are not rendered, then navigation
problems. I.e. contents without changelog record could be modified
without problems, but when you try to navigate away with top links
you'll get message about successful update over and over again with
different style variations.
