Isn't the "online documentation" option what you want?

Description:
------------
There is no way to search the PHP manual only at the offical PHP
website (http://us3.php.net/manual/en/index.php).
Or so it seems -- forgive me if I've missed it.
The search field at the top of each page defaults to "function list" as
the target for searches. Options include many different web sites, but
none provide a search of the manual itself.
It would be extremely helpful to have a search of the PHP manual
available.
Thanks very much.
PS: The "make a request or suggestion" link drops off on the "report a
bug" page w/ no reference to requests or suggestions after that.
