And it was nice to see a lengthy discussion take place on the doc-ar@
list.
> What programs do other teams use to manage the translation?
Most people either use the following revcheck tool or run one locally:
http://doc.php.net/php/revcheck.php
So for AR:
http://doc.php.net/php/ar/revcheck.php

> What is the average team size of other teams?
As an observer, it's the amount of time that matters because team
sizes vary from 0-50 with the most successful translation (JA)
essentially having one (Masahiro) person. Felipe recently started
work on pt_BR and is basically catching it up by himself. BG has
about three active people. And it's difficult to know the size of a
team considering most people are inactive. So, while it may seem
overwhelming to catch up a translation from 1% to 100%... once there
it should be smooth sailing :-)
