--- This wishly update covers Sept 16 - Sept 30, 2007 ---

* Things that happened in CVS:

- Hannes did more work with the build system, and revealed
RC1 of the PhD renderer
- Hannes committed proposed changes for both the OO style
and reference navigation (branch: REF_STRUCT_DEV)
- Mikael wrote about memcache
- Mikko documented several ref.imagick methods
- Nuno went wild with the ini update scripts, and committed
ini changes via their use
- Paul added more is_* examples
- Philip converted filesystem to the new doc style, and
started mbstring
- Richard closed some bugs

* Things that happened with our bugs:

- 16 new bugs
- 3 closed, 1 won't fix, and 1 bogus
- Several comments

* Other things that happened in IRC and/or on the ML:

- We discussed why our filenames should be lowercased
- Edward and Hannes talked about Windows builds
- Jakub asked that CVS commits be mentioned here, so they
are now
- It was determined that make_chm_index.html exists for a
reason
- Edward brought up the user notes and we talked about their
role as being something meant to be folded into the manual
- Brien Wankel expressed interest in writing docs and is now
deciding on what to work on
- Our very own facebook group now exists so if you've made a
commit to phpdoc* then you may join:
http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=4917419131
- The PhD wiki was updated
http://doc.php.net/wiki/phd
- Hannes proposed and committed a 'Reference Structure' (for
site navigation) and an OOP skeleton under a new development
branch tagged REF_STRUCT_DEV. The Book/Set title will allow
us to express our desires for expanded content for each
chapter (extension).

* New CVS accounts:

- Lucas Nealan is eager to work on the APD docs

* More things

- Hannes Magnusson deserves a gold star!

Regards,
Philip
