[HEADSUP] New mirror running experimental PhD buids

| Hi all!
(cross posting to php-mirrors@, php-webmaster@ and phpdoc@)
We have registered a new "special" mirror, http://phd.php.net, which
will be running experimental builds of PhD for the next couple of
w s.
The mirror is currently manually disabled while I look through our
redirect mechanism to make sure noone will be redirected there unless
the user specifically picked the mirror in the user settings on
php.net/my.php
A news entry, requesting people to try the mirror, will be posted
sometime later to day.
If everything goes well I am hoping we can deploy PhD on our rsync box
around October 15th.

Sorry. There were last minute changes and apparently I forgot to send
an update. It was decided to use http://docs.php.net
