PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem
Bug description: WSDL Cache default turned-on

Description:
------------
IMHO, there should be an info in the documentation of SoapClient
constructor (for example on:
http://pl.php.net/manual/en/functio...t-construct.php), that
the wsdl-caching feature is turned ON by default...
