I found that at least pear, pear-core, peardoc, and pecl have same
problem.
Should we stop working a little more until we figure out what happens?
Or may we restart updating CVS repository?

All the files disappeared on June 15 at 21:00. Nothing has disappeared
since then. I still have no idea how it happened and given that I have
no way to fix it other than to make regular backups of the repository in
case it happens again. So yes, please re-add whatever files went
missing and commit away.
