This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Expected result:

If cache_type is "user", the user cache will be cleared; otherwise, the
system cache (cached files) will be cleared.
Actual result:

If cache_type is "user", information about the user cache will be
returned; otherwise, information about the system cache (cached files)
