Encoding errors in swedish php manual

Hi

I use Mac as workstation and when i read the user manual in Swedish some
(not all) international characters (å,ä and ö) are wrong or invalid
according to UTF-8.

Please use right character encoding and update the documentation in
further releases - today some parts its (nearly) unreadable (ex
http://www.php.net/manual/sv/ref.array.php).
