Hi Stefan,

Thats for informing us of this situation. I have deleted the notes.
All user notes are always read by a notes editor (and yes, having urls in
notes can be useful). However, I haven't received any e-mail with these
notes (or I would have deleted them already).

Don't hesitate to contact us (at php-notes@lists.php.net) if you find any
other spam/stupid note.
