I think the documentation is still lacking. Eitherway
http://www.php.net/manual/en/ini.co...patibility-mode
is still pointing to the migration guide and it seems all the migration
guide (http://www.php.net/manual/en/migration5.newconf.php) does is
point back to the ini directive list

The directive zend.ze1_compatibility_mode needs documentation in the
PHP manual. This will need mention in the "Migrating from PHP 4 to PHP
5" section as well as an official configuration home, perhaps under
"Miscellaneous configuration directives." FWIW this directive was
renamed from zend2.implicit_clone in PHP5 RC1 but that doesn't need to
be documented.
