New Comment:

Thank you for taking the time to report a problem with PHP.
Unfortunately you are not using a current version of PHP --
the problem might already be fixed. Please download a new
PHP version from http://www.php.net/downloads.php

If you are able to reproduce the bug with one of the latest
versions of PHP, please change the PHP version on this bug report
to the version you tested and change the status back to "Open".
Again, thank you for your continued support of PHP.

This one will be fixed when #25983 is fixed.

Description:
------------
The mailparse extension which was moved to PECL now has the wrong
versions in the manual.

If you see for example
http://php.net/mailparse_determine_best_xfer_encoding

However this is just because the script that checks this stuff can only
see it in the phpsrc module between 4.1.0 and 4.1.2 - at that point it
moved to PECL - th is is misleading.

There may be other extensions for which this is the case.
