Bug description: XMLReader constants changed to class constants

Description:
------------
Looks like in PHP5.1.1, the XMLReader constant definitions changed to
class constants (e.g. XMLREADER_ELEMENT to XMLREADER::ELEMENT).

This documentation still lists global constants.
