Sorry, but it is no cache problem.
I test it under 3 different workstations, under 2 different ISP.
For example, for page http://ru.php.net/uniqid i have the same result.

| The first proto you are getting is from an old manual build, while the
second is the newest.
The problem isn't in php.net.
