Want to access Jenda as a PPM repository
|
|
| Axtens 2008-01-28, 7:11 pm |
| Can anyone tell me why Jenda is not available as a repository any
more? I get a "redirect" and then a "forbidden".
Kind regards,
Bruce.

Well, I'm using ActivePerl. If I issue "ppm repo suggest", I get,
amongst a lot of other sites:
ppm repo add jenda
AWSOME (tons of Win32 related stuff by him)
http://jenda.krynicky.cz/perl
If I then issue a "ppm repo add jenda", I get,
Downloading jenda packlist...not found
Downloading jenda packlist...not found
Downloading jenda packlist...redirect
Downloading jenda packlist...forbidden
Repo 2 added.
I end up with a repository list containing jenda, but never being able
to retrieve the packlist
Kind regards,
Bruce.
