searching: Program for organizing Snippets

Hi all.

I'm looking for at program to organize small pieces of code, regardless of
the programming language it written in.

I have found one very attractive one called "Source Code Library" created by
OverZone Software - but requieres a license.

Does anyone know any similar products tha might be freeware or perhaps a
licens key for "Source Code Library".

Any help will be great.
