Huh? You are READING the file. You can't generate a random-number
within the filename you want to read. You need to know the name of the
file. Either you must determine this by using a specific format that
you can recreate, or you need to read the contents of the directory to
determine the filenames.

perldoc -f readdir
perldoc -f glob
perldoc -f rand
