Hi, Everyone, I can't install perl modules correctly using CPAN, why?

| Hi, everyone,
When I want to install perl module WWW::Yahoo::KeywordExtractor in
my Ubuntu damper 6.06 OS, it doesn't work properly. The error message
is listed below:
