Perl tools to help me parse this PDF?

I'm new to Perl and am looking for an easy way to parse this PDF and |
delimit it.

In Windows, I can control-A/copy'd it into a text file. Everything at
that point is at least semiuniform. If I bring it in to, say, Word, I
can use Macros to easily chop out garbage and do formatting.

I get to a point, however, where it repeats every five or six lines,
depending on where or not there is a phone number. I suppose that I'd
have to just use a regular expression or something to find it.
