this is vijay, graduate student at the university of
southern mississippi, USofA.
i am looking for some perl g s, who can collaborate
with our group, to produce some quick research
publications.
basically being a biologist, i take long time in
writing codes. i believe that a few tens of lines of
perl code which takes atleast a couple of days for me
to write, would just be a matter of couple of hours
for hardcore perl programmer.
i have some algorithms, if you could implement them as
webbased applications, we can pretty soon publish them
in bioinformatics journals and more than that..it
would be of immense use to other researchers.
the deal is for co-authorship in the research paper.
there is no monetary deal involved.
please let me know if you are interested...we can work
out a strategy.
i am basically looking for some quick results and
publications, for perl web based bioinformatics
applications.
