I'm looking for a script that will do excatly the weblog functionality of
this site:

Does anyone know the script that does this?

This is not a forum for finding scripts; that is what Google is for. What
makes you believe it is even written in Perl? CGI = Common Gateway
Interface, and the .cgi extension is not specific to any one language.

I am looking for a alternitive to Movable type? For free? The posted
comments have to be on the same page as the submit section without the use
of frames.
I want to have this functionallity:
