All:

We are currently developing a major system using Scrum. For the most
part, we have been very successful; however, we are struggling with how
to best address the development of system-wide, cross-cutting features
such as concurrency, thread management, etc. The literature is
curiously quiet about this.

Thoughts and experiences?

Many thanks,
