| Is there a simple freeware Extreme Programming management tool? We have
started XP project and need something to track Perfect Hours done, User
Stories status, Team Velocity, Load Factor, overall XP iteration status
etc.
Thank you!

| Generally Extreme Programming is too informal to use specific
management tools however if you do need accurate XP project status and
parameters' tracking or detailed reporting to customer you can try
freeware program X-Man (stands for Extreme Manager)
www.offshoreagile.com/resources/toolbox. It is simple and easy to learn
enough to minimize overhead.

I've started a project, named Cairo, which intends to provide those sorts of
features. It's in *very* early alpha now, but could use some
help/input/requirements from other developers.
