Hi,
I am looking for supporting documents templates and tools for domain
driven design

Get a unit test rig, such as CppUnit or JUnit.

Read the Refactoring books, including Refactoring to Patterns.

Those are the tools. A "document template" would risk "big design up front".

Expect the things listed in /Domain Driven Design/ to emerge.
