Does anyone know of any open source tools that allow one to chart
project status in terms of programming units? I'm looking for a tool
that I can use where i can break up a project into discrete programming
tasks, assign them to a developer and measure completion based on unit
test results for each task. Something that also provides basic metrics
like time to completion for each task, allows others to view project
status from a browser, etc.
