| Hi.
Please correct me, if I'm not in the correct Group.
I've got the following problem:
I want to make a little Program for Windows, what should make some
Baloon-Tips for a Program.
Is this possible, (maybe with a .dll)? And if yes, how can i do it?
Does someone know a good tutorial or something like that, where i can
learn to make dll's like this?
I'm not a super-Coder but I'm on the way >;)

I found a bunch of nice balloon tip modules at sites like
http://www.cogeguru.com and http://www.codeproject.com

This group discusses "extreme programming", which is a moderate and sensible
way to grow software projects with a low defect rate and frequent deliveries
of incrementally increasing value. We use certain best practices such as
Test Driven Development.
However, nobody here except me knows how to constrain a balloon help with
TDD.
