I want to develop a software which can:

1) Can take video input from a webcam.

2) Will Gain Unauthorised Access over other systems on the same LAN (All running winXP).

3) And, then will stream the video on all the system and will force all systems to telecast the live video on all the systems.

What tutorials i need to read... What languages or subjects i need to work on...
