ing reasons, I've started a blog :

It will detail my multitude of failures and mistakes and any successes in
trying to get an Agile development process installed at a company.
(Fictitious of course ;) )

Any comments on what I'm doing right and wrong in my attempts are of course
most welcome. As are other comments and ramblings.
