Location : Colorado Springs, CO

Description:
Candidates are required to have at least 2 years telecom experience
and over all 6+ Years of experience & local candidates will be given
priority.
This is a team leadership development position - the candidate will
lead a team of other consultants who are system engineers and
developers on a separate project within a package of infrastructure
projects.
Skills needed will include a collection of Java, Apache, Tomcat, UNIX,
PERL, Software Development principles (not development cycle but
coding practices, code tuning, OS level architecture).
The position requires a Computer Science degree and the ability to
understand how : Web Services; XML; XSLT; TCP/IP handshake and flows,
and HTTP protocols all work together in an integrated environment and
how each work and apply to a product solution.
We are looking for superior development expertise and the capability
to make technical third party decisions on tools, product solutions,
and integration of code and third party vendor solutions for an end to
end product; inclusive of requirements, analysis, design, and code.
The candidate must demonstrate the capability to work with a variety
of operating systems (UNIX, Linux Red Hat, and Microsoft) and a
variety of coding practices (primarily Java and PERL).
The candidate must be able to communicate clearly with proven written
and verbal skills since the team will be spread across multiple
locations.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate a background in development
in an integrated environment to include formal test documentation and
hand off practices, user documentation, and interaction with
requirements groups - we will look for evidence of a candidate's
history in working in this type of environment, and that the candidate
has demonstrated senior leadership of like projects driving towards a
final delivery to a production environment.
