Job Description
This role is based at a large, dynamic insurance company.
The role entails overall accountability for delivery of End-to-End Test=20
prep and Execution to quality, on time, and on budget of for Travel,=20
Household, and Motor releases.
Managing an On and Off-shore team of circa 150 FTE=92s, with circa six=20
Delivery Manager direct reports. Development of Test Strategy, project=20
definition, Document (organisation, Roles, Approach, Deliverables, Test=20
Metrics, and progress Reporting, Schedule, Environments).
Must have experience of successfully shaping and leading an equivalent=20
large scale E2E test of functionally rich applications, business=20
processes, and interfaces. Should have experience of testing General=20
Insurance Policy Administration systems.
Must be a star player.
Conversion Systems Delivery Manager
Overall accountability for delivery of Conversion Design, Build, and=20
System Test to quality, on time, and on budget for Claims, Policy,=20
Billing, and Collections conversions.
Must have proven track record of deliver of large and complex=20
conversions =96 large 5m customers, complex =96 2,000 fields =96 financia=
l=20
data. Should have experience of testing General Insurance Policy=20
Administration Systems.
